access to the Skicircus:
450 m away from our house your will find the Zwölfer-Nordbahn where you can also use the carpark free of charge.

busstop for the ski and hiking bus:
the next busstop is 450 metres from our house

departure:
on your departure day, please vacant your appartement before 10.00 at the very latest.

dogs:
Dogs are welcome! We charge a one-off dog fee of EUR 70,-- for your dog. (this package includes no food).

Lan:
we have a Lan-connection.

no smoking apartments:
Our apartments are 'non smoking' apartments. We kindly ask you only to smoke on the balcony or outside

parking:
For our two apartments there are 5 carpark spaces for our guests to use

payment:
please note that we cannot accept credit/EC-cards because of the high fees

prepayment:
as soon as we recieved your prepaymant we will notify you and your reservation is a fact.

ski- & bootroom:
House guests can use our ski and boot room with boot dryer.
