Freeriders, Enduro-biker and downhillers are also able to use up to 9 operating lifts and choose from over 70 km of trails. The diversity makes Saalbach Hinterglemm arguably the coolest bike region in Austria. Families will also find a variety of summer attractions – themed hiking trails, adventure play stations, bathing fun and plenty to do in the end of the valley. There is no room for boredom. |

HIKING IN SAALBACH HINTERGLEMM
Mountaineering and panorama tours
Hikers and mountaineers will be sufficiently motivated to put their hiking boots on first thing in the morning. After a hearty breakfast, there is over 400 km of hiking trails in the Home of Lässig waiting to be explored, alongside picturesque mountain lakes, through deep shady forests, over panoramic mountain ridges and lush green Alpine pastures leading up to unforgettable summits. The reward after the ascent is stunning views that open up to the gentle ridges of the Pinzgauer Grasberge, the jagged peaks of the Kitzbüheler Alps and the snowy peaks of the Hohen Tauern. Here you can enjoy moments of solitude and leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind you. Hikers will work up an appetite and can enjoy traditional dishes and local products served up by hosts at one of the 40 mountain huts around Saalbach Hinterglemm. While you are experiencing a bite to eat, your hosts will give you some inside tips to the secret spots that can be discovered in the Home of Lässig. |

Over 80 km of the finest lines & trails and up to 9 ultra-modern lifts* on 7 mountains ensure unlimited biking pleasure in the Home of Lässig. Six modern gondolas in Saalbach Hinterglemm, two in Leogang, one in Fieberbrunn bring bikers swiftly and comfortably to the most beautiful mountain peaks and coolest trails. Touring-, Gravel-Bikers and E-bikers will find 400 km mountainbike & gravel bike routes of varying difficulty and on perfect terrain. However, Saalbach Hinterglemm is not only Austria’s largest bike region but also scores points for its legendary trails such as the Hacklberg-Trail and the World Championship trail in the Epic Bike Park Leogang! There are cool events such as the Glemmride Bike Festival 2022 and the World Games of Mountainbiking in Saalbach Hinterglemm making the Home of Lässig a honey pot to all fans of biking.

LEARN TO RIDE PARK
The highlight for all big and small bike newbies: The Learn To Ride Park at the Kohlmais gondola in Saalbach. Here five well-known Saalbach trails await you in a mini edition.
After the first riding attempts on the circular course, you can improve your skills on the Learn to Ride Park trails Little Monti, Little Hacklberg, Little Panorama, Little Pro-Line and the Drop Area before you take the gondola lift up to the start of the Monti Trail (middle station) and the Panorama Trail (top station).
The park is suitable for kids as well as for adult beginners.
The Learn To Ride Park is open daily until 17 October 2021. The use is free of charge.
The magic carpet at Learn to Ride Park is open on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 - 12:00 and 12:30 - 16:30.

"THE CHALLENGE - Bike your limit" is the name of the new challenge in Austria's largest bike region that only the best can master. Who can manage to ride the entire area around Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn in one day? Thanks to modern lifts, it can be done in one day! Be prepared for pure trail pleasures in Saalbach Hinterglemm and challenging bike park lines in Leogang. Fieberbrunn, known for its enjoyable biking, provides fun and scenic views while riding the Schweinestberg-Trail.

The JOKER CARD is included at all partner accommodation providers in the period from 21 May to 17 October 2021 and allows free use of up to 8 gondolas and access to the region's most popular attractions. Furthermore, JOKER CARD holders enjoy a price advantage of 30% on bike tickets of Austria's largest bike region with up to 9 gondolas in Saalbach Hinterglemm, in the Epic Bikepark Leogang und in Fieberbrunn as well as bonus partners throughout the Salzburger Land.
